The law standing in the way of justice for sexual abuse survivors

Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act provides online platforms with broad immunity from liability, leaving many people, particularly children, vulnerable to online sexual exploitation, and the National Center on Sexual Exploitation has named it to their 2025 Dirty Dozen List of mainstream contributors to sexual exploitation.
