San Francisco has launched a speed camera program that is backed by California’s Governor Gavin Newsom. The fines are based on income with discounts up to 80% for low-income residents. A similar plan is headed to Los Angeles in 2026. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke with Elizabeth Barcohana, CA GOP delegate and LA GOP central committee member, about the new program.
